In the memory of Dr. Naiyyum Choudhury
I will not be able to express my feelings in words while I am recollecting the memory of Dr. Naiyyum Choudhury sir. I feel myself lucky that, I know him in so many different ways as a mentor, as one of my most respectable senior colleagues and most important as a father figure. From my childhood, I know him as my friend’s father. I never dreamed of that one day I will be able to know him closely as a mentor. While I started my career in BRAC University as a lecturer, he was always there to give any fruitful advice to improve the career line. He was also knowledgeable in cultural sector as well who used to support my dance career as well. The smiling face of him is not forgettable for me. I was always amused in the way he talked, the way he cared each and every person. I am so unfortunate that I was not able to be there during his last difficult days. I pray from my heart that; may his departed soul be rest in peace. Thanks to myself that, I had a wonderful person like him in my life.
